Terms of use
The short version: enjoy the game, don't copy it, and your rights as a consumer are not affected.

Your licence
David Adams gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and play Slurry on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.
App Store and Google Play
If you got Slurry from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies. If you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. The stores' rules on payments and refunds apply to any purchase.
The unlock
Slurry is free to start. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks every level and all modes for the store account that bought it. Google Play or Apple takes the payment, and their refund rules apply. You can restore the unlock on your devices using that account.
What you may not do
You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the game or its artwork, sound or code, except where the law allows it or an open-source licence on our credits page says otherwise.
The game
Slurry is provided as it is. We work to keep it running well, but we can't promise it will be free of bugs or suit every device. We may update or change it. Because your progress is saved only on your device, it can be lost if you uninstall the game or lose the device.
Liability
Nothing here limits your statutory rights or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss from using the game or this website.
